Exercise:
- try yoga and other non-intensive exercises
- walk at a leisurely pace daily for about half an hour
Diet:
- try to stick to bland food
- avoid foods too thick, like gravy
- avoid fried food
- eat only "clean" food, like green veggies, whole wheat, nuts, citrus fruit, melons
- avoid sugar, try honey instead
- avoid chocolate
Suggestions:
- be gentle with skin; eat well to keep skin nice
- take time out each day to relax; perhaps try meditation
- avoid medication
