Some movies leave deep impressions on me that itch at my soul and sometimes depress me briefly; they eat at me and occasionally I'll get a feeling that makes me need to watch them; Les Miserables was not one of these movies. But don't get me wrong, I really, really, really enjoyed it! It was a wonderful story, delving realistically into the workings of human beings. No one was an absolute "bad guy" while no one was perfect either. Often, movies will portray an imperfect protagonist with an absolutely evil antagonist with very few (if any) redeeming qualities, unless of course it is a movie where the bad guy turns good (but even then the bad guy is usually entirely bad and replaced by an entirely good side of him). I also appreciated the acting, singing, and scenery. The costumes were mediocre. Occasionally some of the parts were excessive and not one hundred percent necessary, like the crunching sound Russell Crowe's character makes when he hits the concrete when he decides to kill himself. Coming from someone who vehemently despises most musicals, I was absolutely contented by this film.
I have to admit I was very surprised to find that Eddie Redmayne and Russell Crowe could sing, that Anne Hathaway could sing better than Amanda Seyfried, and that Helena Bonham Carter was in the movie. This all blew me away. I was also blown away by the movie as a whole; it was beautifully created, yet so simple. The scenery was believable, yet it seemed very stage-like. I also liked that some virtually unknown actors and actress graced the performance along with known actors and actress as well as superstar actors and actress. I liked the movie a lot without being driven to extreme emotion, which is very unusual for me.
I definitely recommend that everyone everywhere goes to see it.

Extended Health Tips for Capricorns
Bones, skin, and joints are extremely sensitive in a Capricorn's body. Therefore, calcium consumption, hydration, and keeping active are rather important lifestyle choices for Capricorns. We are blessed with rather nice bone structures, but they need to be maintained through regular calcium consumption (something I majorly fail at). Staying hydrated is not only the best way to get over illness, but it is also one of the best ways to avoid becoming ill in the first place. Our skin also has a tendency to dry out more easily than most other zodiac signs, so it is important to keep ourselves hydrated to help avoid this. Also, it is a good idea to act preemptively in dry environments by wearing sunscreen, chapstick, and lotion. As rulers of the knees, our joints tend to be achy; hydration and regular physical activity minimizes joint ache, so both are recommended.
Capricorns have a tendency to do things in excess; exercise, occupations, diet, and mood. We are almost always obsessing over something from hobbies to people to our careers (or whatever the equivalent would be in each Capricorn's phase of life). Usually Capricorns will persevere until a task is complete as best as it can be. For this reason, Capricorns have a tendency to keep whatever hours they like in order to complete these tasks and then often shut down in seclusion for long periods of time afterwards. This can be very inconvenient to those around us, but it is difficult for a Capricorn to put down their work when it is half-finished. We are the type who would sit down at a puzzle and persist on finishing it long past dark circles under our eyes and then when it is complete avoid any mental stimulation for quite some time. Therefore, we must make sure we do not bite off more than we can chew at any given time because that will lead to frazzled behavior. And, we must make sure that after we complete a task, we give ourselves the necessary amounts of time to recover from it before we begin a new one.
This Capricorn excess can also translate to exercise. Because joints are so sensitive to us, we should avoid intensive sports, especially because we have a tendency to get too into intensive sports; this is either because we are trying to perfect our skills or because we begin to have a lot of fun and do not wish to stop or because we are trying to prove that we can be the best at it. I suggest leisurely walking and yoga as preferred exercises. Swimming may also be a good exercise for Capricorns as long as it isn't done in excess; salt water will agitate the skin and chlorine will agitate the lungs (and fresh water is just gross to swim in).
Again, excess may also translate to diet. Typically, Capricorns are not particularly gluttonous because of the discipline Saturn bestows on us, but we can become excessive drinkers and health-food crazy. Capricorns can also become excessively melancholy, especially if they go too long without something to do, something to work for. Capricorns need their ambition to drive them, or they can end up in depressed stupors; although, usually we can get ourselves out of this by forcing ourselves to get up and do other stuff (if you are not a Capricorn and are reading this for advice on Capricorns, do not try to force us to do stuff, we have to develop our ambitions on our own - but suggestions on potential ambitions may be helpful to give).
Part of the reason why Capricorns are so successful is because of our excessively obsessive behaviors; it is an important part of us. However, we must remember to not bite off more than we can chew and take the time we need to regain our strength after each goal/task we complete.

Capricorn Physical Features
Capricorn faces are fairly easy to pick out in crowds, although they are similar to Cancer faces. Capricorns have distinct chins that angle sharply downwards from their also distinct lower jaw bones. Capricorns also have very noticeable cheek bones that jut out nearly as distinctly as their chins. Cancers have distinct chins and cheek bones as well, but rather than having a long downward angle from their jaw bones to their chins, they have more squished faces; in other words, Capricorn faces are typically longer than Cancer faces.
I have found pictures of celebrities from online to present Capricorn features to you. The links to where I found the pictures (as they are most certainly not my own) are connected to the link of their name titles.

Sagittarius Physical Features
Although for some reason I have the most terrible time identifying Sagittarians based on their appearances, I have found that most Sagittarians have very distinctly shaped eyebrows. Their eyebrows tend to curve down towards their nose, creating an arrow shape, ironically. In females this can look very sleek, in males it tends to be very bushy and gruff in the curvature.
I have found some photos of celebrities online in order to present this to you. If you know any Sagittarians, make sure to take a look at the shape of their eyebrows to confirm this.
I have put the links to the websites I retrieved these photos from in order to give credit; these are OBVIOUSLY not photos that I have taken.

Extended Health Tips for Sagittarians
Sagittarians are always on the go. They're like cats, who if they see something dangling near them, they have to snatch it and will not stop their attempts until they have managed to snatch it. Because of this, social media tends to cause them to overextend themselves. If they receive an invitation to do something appealing, they are likely to accept, even if they're already exhausted from their various other activities. Sagittarians, therefore, need to remember to turn of their phones, shut their laptops, extinguish the lights, and get some sleep. In other words, avoid temptations by extinguishing them.
Sagittarius rules the thighs/hips and the liver; therefore, Sagittarians are especially sensitive in these areas. Sagittarians need to have a lot of physical activity, especially involving exercises that pertain to the lower body. As Sagittarians respond well to being outdoors, I suggest hiking, biking, and climbing as prime exercises. Competitive sports tend to provide a great recreational and beneficial outlet for Sagittarians as well. They are always up for a challenge. Because Sagittarius rules the liver, Sagittarians must be extra cautious in their alcohol consumption. They are prone to hepatitis and liver failure. Sagittarians really would do better to avoid alcohol entirely, as it also causes them to have bad skin and weight gain.
Creamy foods, like gravies and chocolate, tend to weigh Sagittarians down. I have found that most Sagittarians are not even fond of chocolate, so that shouldn't be a big problem to avoid. If looking for treat-type foods, they would be better off trying something exotic (still avoiding creamy stuff); or if they just have a sweet-tooth, try some hard candy or purely sugar-based candy, like Smarties or Pixie Sticks. I would suggest gum chewing to satiate cravings of sweets, as it provides sugar (or at least the taste of sugar) while also providing a distraction; it keeps you moving, even if it's just your mouth. Also fried and oily foods seem to have very negative impacts of Sagittarians and should be avoided. Caffeine seems okay, as long as consumed in moderation; one Red Bull is okay, two is not. However, no matter what, Sagittarians need to consume a lot of water; they should be sipping off of water bottles all day.
I have also found that Sagittarians REALLY REALLY REALLY need their sleep, especially the women. When you're tired, please take a nap! Don't try to stay up and do something else, it can wait. You'll be better prepared to take on a challenge, whether mental or physical, if you are well rested.
