Health Tips for Pisces

Exercise:
- swimming
- light jogging

Diet:
- iron-rich food
- avoid lots of sugar
- avoid adding extra salt to food
- avoid caffeine, especially from coffee

Suggestions:
- remember that things are best in moderation
- get lots of rest; try to go to bed early and wake up at a decent time
- quickly change out of wet clothing
- wear well-fitting shoes
