- try activities that also stimulate the brain, like rock climbing because you have to strategize where to put your hands and feet as you climb
- never do too much in a day, when you're tired take a break
- hiking, biking, and swimming are all good
Diet:
- avoid alcohol
- lots of raw vegetables
- wholegrain
- avoid creamy food, like butter and chocolate
- lots of lean protein
- drink lots of water
Suggestions:
- try to stay in moderate conditions as much as possible, in regards to weather and activity level
- avoid smoking
